I build AI and automation systems for small businesses. AI in Order started when a client asked for exactly this: make Claude, ChatGPT and all my tools work as one, without custom code that dies the day the developer disappears.
That is still the brief for every project: one system, mainstream tools, and an owner who understands what they have.
Questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use ChatGPT and install an app, you can run this. I set everything up, then train you on the few things you will do yourself, like adding a new client.
Claude or ChatGPT?
Usually Claude (Cowork and Code) as the hub, because it can work with files and apps on your computer. ChatGPT stays where it is better for you. The audit decides, not my preference.
Is my data safe?
The system runs on your computer and your own accounts. I don’t host or keep your data. Connections use official, vendor-supported connectors, and risky actions always ask for your approval.
What happens when Claude or ChatGPT change?
Mainstream tools ship updates, not shutdowns, and that is the point of avoiding custom code. The care plan covers keeping your setup current. Without it, you get docs and training to handle changes yourself.
How is this different from OpenClaw?
OpenClaw is a popular open-source personal agent and a great fit if you enjoy tinkering. I build on vendor-supported tools with official connectors and hand you a system you can run without a developer. Already on OpenClaw? I can audit that setup too.
Can WhatsApp and Instagram be connected?
Yes, with limits. WhatsApp works through WhatsApp Business (your chats stay). Instagram lets AI reply to people who message, comment or click an ad, but not DM new followers first. You hear about limits like these in the audit, before you pay for setup.
Can my team use it?
Yes, for small teams. Most clients are solo owners or teams of 2–10 working across several clients.
What if the audit isn’t useful?
Then you get your $497 back. If you continue to setup, the audit fee is credited in full.
